Suffragan Bishop G. F. Austin III serves as the Senior Pastor of both Faith Ministries, P.A.W. in Tuskegee, Alabama, where he succeeded his father, Diocesan Bishop G. F. Austin II, and Ark of the Covenant Ministries in Lafayette, Louisiana, faithfully leading both congregations with a steadfast commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, biblical truth, and Apostolic ministry.
As a respected leader within the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. (P.A.W.), he also serves as a Suffragan Bishop in the 9th Episcopal Diocese of Alabama, providing spiritual leadership, encouraging ministerial development, and helping strengthen churches throughout the diocese.

As Diocese Council Chairman of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. 9th Episcopal Diocese of Alabama, Suffragan Bishop G. F. Austin III provides administrative leadership and operational oversight in support of the Diocesan Bishop's vision for the diocese. He helps coordinate diocesan meetings, conferences, ministry initiatives, and organizational activities while ensuring that policies and strategic objectives are carried out with excellence, integrity, and accountability. Working closely with pastors, ministry leaders, and church departments, he promotes unity, strengthens communication, supports leadership development, and helps cultivate an effective administrative structure that equips churches to fulfill their mission and advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the diocese.

Following in a rich legacy of faithful ministry, Bishop Austin III assumed the pastorate of Faith Ministries from his father, Diocesan Bishop G. F. Austin II, who faithfully established and led the ministry for many years. While honoring the strong spiritual foundation his father laid, Bishop Austin III is leading the church into a new season of growth, vision, and Kingdom impact.
His leadership reflects a balance of unwavering biblical conviction and forward-thinking ministry, with a heart for reaching communities through the Gospel, mentoring emerging leaders, strengthening families, and cultivating a Christ-centered church where worship, holiness, discipleship, and service remain central to the mission of the Kingdom of God.
Faith Ministries is a Christ-centered Apostolic ministry devoted to evangelism, discipleship, worship, holiness, and community transformation — a family of faith committed to reaching people and helping them grow into wholehearted followers of Jesus Christ.
Bishop Austin is married to Stacy, and together they are raising three children — George IV, Jayce, and Judah. Their family stands as a living picture of the ministry's heart: a legacy of faith carried forward, generation to generation.
